Being part of this community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make being here great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the community should stay in the community.

We're all in this together to create a Welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

No Spam

Understandably, this journey is rough and emotions can arise that cause us to overshare/vent to the determent of impacting other members. You are welcome to share as always, but please do not trauma dump on others. Just be mindful of your word vomit.

Leave your ego at the door

Everyone in this community is likely going through something. Please try to see other members through the eyes and love and kindness as this is a place for support for many. If you don't like someone or disagree with someone, that's ok, but please keep it respectful. If someone is causing you individually problems it may be best to just block them and move on. If the problems are serious and impacting multiple members then it's best to reach out to me or a moderator. If you don't understand someone please do not judge what you do not understand. Please leave judgements of who is "high vibe" and who is "low vibe" for another community as not everyone knows what goes on behind each individual's closed doors. Even spiritual spaces can become petty gossip factories. That type of behavior will not be tolerated here. Let's all be adults and give one another grace.
